Tried everything - 0xc000007b Error

I tried everything I could find but I don’t know how to fix it. Pls help. Log:link text

I think the problem is with IEFRAME.dll right?but I don’t know how to fix this. I’m running on Windows 10 x64 with the latest update.

Your log shows an issue with xinput1_3.dll. See the example in this wiki:A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums

Here are detailed instructions on what I would try:

Backup this file c:\windows\system32\XINPUT1_3.DLL by renaming it to XINPUT1_3.DLL_BACKUP
Run the DirectX setup from your Epic Games install folder(The default location is this C:\Program Files\Epic Games\DirectXRedist\DXSETUP.EXE ) Or you can download it from the Microsoft website
Ensure a new version of this file was put here: c:\windows\system32\XINPUT1_3.DLL
Run the launcher.
