[BUG] Bloom for Translucent material not working on hud

UE v 4.8

Drawing a material which uses blend type Translucent or opacity mask on Hud using Draw Material or Draw Material Simple functions results in drawing the material with no bloom .

However if the Material blending is set to opaque the bloom works but not with Translucent or opacity mask

steps to reproduce:

1.Make a material with blend type Translucent or Masked
2.Apply inputs to Opacity node if Translucent material or to Opacity Mask node if masked Material
3.Apply texture to emmissive node multiplied with a high scalar to cause Bloom glow
4.Draw the Material on the hud

After looking into this issue I believe that this is currently working as intended. However, I have submitted a feature request (UE-20308) to the developers for further consideration.
