Blotches of shadows all over object after light build.

According to the warning you are getting you need to build the lighting again. Can you do that and see if it is still the same? If you still get weird shadow artifacts upload some more screenshots of the level from different angles and that static mesh’s settings&UV in static mesh editor.

I have tried changes materials, lighting settings, lightmap resolution, and the lightmaps themselves. I’m not sure what is causing this as it was fine the other day.

This is happening on multiple meshes throughout my scene. Any assistance is greatly appreciated
