Freeze on NavMesh generation in packaged game

Hi everyone.

I’m having another issue that appeared after upgrading of Engine from 4.7 to 4.8.
It’s looks like my game will freeze after an attempt of building NavMesh at runtime.
Also, Navigation is not working if I blocks initial rebuild of NavMesh (Ex: enabling “Initial Building Locked” in Project Settings, disabling “Force Rebuild at Runtime” in RecastNavMesh)

Is there any workaround for this issue?

My setup are:
Huge streamed level that contains 8 other levels
Multiple NavMeshBoundsVolumes
Only shows single level at launch

For anybody who also having this frustration, The error will be arose when Persistent level has RecastNavMesh object but NavMeshBoundsVolume.
