Packaging Broken for Android Platform - Likely Others Too

UBT Current fails trying to build a package for Android. I’ve tried with several of the Stock UE4 templates and my own game, all of which built fine in 4.8.

This may be related to updating to use AndroidWorks instead of TADP - but it’s probably true to all platforms and not just android.

Do you have or anything? Can’t debug this without more information…
