Post Processing Filter Plane

Hi! So, I basically need everything seen through a plane to be very saturated, now I am fairly sure this is possible in UE4 because at 4:25 in this video(UE4 Tools Demonstration | GDC 2014 Event Coverage | Unreal Engine - YouTube) they show a similar thing to what I’m looking for. Any response is greatly appreciated!
