Aspect ratio changes to 4:3 in fullscreen
I started with a blueprint firstperson and built a level. When I launch it (or export as app) and run it starts in windowed mode at 16:9 aspect ratio. When I press alt-enter to go fullscreen it work but is now suddenly in 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars down the side.
Anyone have a solution to this? I've tried editing the character class camera to constrain resolution but it has no effect.
For that matter where can you set the desired start up resolution params. Seems like windowed is all you get?

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur. Due to timetable of when this issue was first posted, we are marking this post as resolved for tracking purposes.
