Just as the title says, the SetOnlyOwnerSee does not seem to work with LineBatchComponent. is this a bug?

Is this a c++ project or a blueprint project? Does this occur in a clean, blank project with no additional content or is it limited to one project? What steps are you taking that I can follow to reproduce this on my end?
