Whenever I select the Unreal Engine tab, the launcher crashes

Hello. Whenever I select the Unreal Engine tab, the launcher crashes. Everything else opens up fine, but the moment I click on Unreal Engine in the Epic Games Launcher, the window stops and a window pops up saying that the program is not responding. I have looked up a solution online, but it says to reset the OS. Being the non-computer guy I am, I have no idea how to do this. Plus, I am unsure if it will delete any data or not. If anybody has a solution as to how I can make it so it doesn’t crash whenever I click on the Unreal Engine tab, I will be extremely grateful. Thank you for your time.

Thank you so much! I uninstalled some thing (I think it was Lavasoft) and it worked. I open the tab just fine. :smiley: Thank you again, staff. :slight_smile:
