The material resolution is not correct on my created fbx maya files.
These are my grid settings from maya:
These are the export settings:
These are the import settings:
This is a visual example of a default 100100100 box and my box with the same size
What am I doing wrong here?
Compare, how to look UV channels of your box and default box. Texture tiling not depended from geometry, it depends from UV maps.
All corrections you should do only in MAYA.

Thanks for you anwser, but do I need to change the uv maps in maya or in unreal and how to I change the uv’s?
