[Bug] Template Projects "Wall Climbing"

Branch: Binary

Build Version: 4.0.2-2034640

I have experienced a small bug in the Unreal Engine template projects, in which the player character (Using the default character controller) will often slide up BSP geometry if they jump at it from a certain angle (It seems to be 45 degrees or lower). As the character slides up the wall they perform the falling animation. This occurs with the first person character controller, as well as with the third-person character controller (From the first and third person template projects (Both the C++ and Blueprint projects)). I recorded a video of the bug with Fraps, which caused my frame rate to drop in the editor. When the frame rate was lower, the character climbed the wall at a slower rate, occasionally falling back down a short distance, whereas when the frame rate was higher (Between 30 and 60 FPS) the character climbed the wall particularly quickly. I have been unable to reproduce the effect with static meshes.

I’ve experienced this as well using the First Person Blueprint template.
