Error While Packaging a Pre-Release version Project

While Packing I get the error that something went wrong, so I went and looked in the log file and found this:

LogPackageName:Error: DoesPackageExist: DoesPackageExist FAILED: ‘BlueprintGeneratedClass’’ is not a standard unreal filename or a long path name. Reason: Path should start with a ‘/’

Could it show this because this project was Pre-Release version of the engine? Any help would be appreciated… Thanks!

Greetings TSpartanT,

You would be correct, there were a lot of changes that went in between the Beta and 4.0. If you’re using Source version and were in the beta you can take a look at this transition guide from our forums: https://forums.epicgames.com/threads/984334-Beta-to-UE4-Transition-Guide-C

Thanks, but I can’t seem to sign up, register, or reset my old password. The “Image Verification” isn’t showing up on my screen. It’s just a text box that says “Image Verification” with nothing else.

Any ideas? I’ve already disabled ad-blockers and all other chrome extensions…
I also opened it up in a different web browser, still the same issue.

You’ll need the same account you used in the beta to get access to the beta forums. There does seem to be an issue with image verification. I’ll forward this issue to the correct parties who can get that fixed!

Sorry for the inconvenience!

The Image Verification should be fixed now if you want to log in and check out that documentation.

I did, thank you very much!
