D3D11 crash

I’m randomly getting an odd crash around 10 times a day in FD3D11DynamicRHI::RHISetStreamSource() … See attached.

It most often occurs when opening a new map in the editor.

We have an error just like this, that prevents up from updating to 4.9.

On our side, deleting the Intermediate folder does fix the problem (at least for a while)
