How to integrate existing marketplace content creator details with the new seller profile?

Hi, I’m a content creator for the Marketplace and I was trying to create a seller profile in the new Publishing Portal. The profile was created using my Unreal Engine account. But as there already exists a seller with my name in the database as a result of my previous marketplace product, I had to create a different public name in the profile. Is there some way both these profiles could be integrated into one?

I can help you with that. Go ahead and send me the seller information (E-mail and seller name) for both accounts to this address: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com and we’ll get this sorted out for you.

Hi Stephanie,

I’ve sent a mail to the marketplace support team with the names that require changes as well as the E-mail id used for the publishing portal account. The request ID is 28328.
