when i try to run the launcher it actually doesn’t even start a background process, i’ve tryed the assisted-mode but it doesn’t work anyone knows how to fix this or which is the cause of it?

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate you Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).
