Recently installed 4.9 and it seems to be missing behavior tree and Blackboard. I have checked under editor settings and nothing is listed to enable like previous versions (4.5) I started a new 4.8 project and it is still available under miscellaneous but nothing on 4.9

In 4.9.0, Artificial Intelligence has its own section in creation menu:
Note that Environment Query shown in this image is only there if you enable experimental Environment Querying System in Editor Preferences > Experimental > AI.
