How to make an animation play fully before restarting?

I have made a character that plays a punch animation when you press the left mouse button. The only problem is, if i click a second time after triggering the animation, he will restart the animation mid-way through the animation. I want it so he plays the full animation before playing it again.

Could you be a bit more explicit? Maybe a screenshot or something for the option. Is it a checkbox I’m looking for or how exactly do I accomplish it?
