Attach point name?

Hello there. I’ve been mesing with the ‘spawn emitter attached’ and I have a question:
What are the ‘named points’? And how can I set one of these points?

Its for if your attaching it to something with sockets like a skeletal mesh you can type in the socketname like handR_socket. Thi allows you to spawn it exactly where you want on a character for example like magic from hte hands.

Ohh that makes sense. Thank you! BTW, there is no way to have a socket on a static mesh, rigth?
