major render/shading issues. w/ youtube vid.

Please watch with annotations as i describe things in it. I go through all the viewport visibility options. The only thing that renders correctly is the wireframe.

at around 2:00 mins is the render density which i caught while screen capping. Normally, the same objects and materials are green in shader density view. Here they are supernova color.

Basically something broke and nothing renders correctly. Geo is invisible, materials, textures, and lighting is wrong. A Major problem is that objects behind a wall, say, get rendered through the wall. For example, if i move down through the terrain, i can then see the geometry above. If i am above everything, the buildings etc, do not show.

I have no idea what the problem is or what its called so i can do minimal searching. Hence I made the vid. I’ve never seen anything like it.

EDIT: i fixed it, though i still do not understand it. I created a new clean FPS project and closed it. In the old corrupted project I right clicked in the content browser on the content folder, and migrated everything to the new clean one. I opened up new new clean one, and loaded on the map. Everything is there and looking clean and good. WHY??? WHY? does it work, and why does it break?
