When lighting two static meshes that are side-by-side, light from the same source will change the color of the meshes. The meshes are clones of each other, and vertex snapped, so they should be seamless. This happens regardless of lighting build quality and type of light.

Try to decrease Static Light Level Scale to 0.1. I think this will help you.
