Hi DaMasterProG,

Are you using a 64-bit operating system? It is required in order to install and run the Launcher/Editor.

If you are using a 64-bit OS, post your Dxdiag (system specs) here.

  • Windows: Go to the Start menu and type ‘dxdiag’ into the search bar. Open the file and then click ‘Save All Information’. Post that text file here.

  • Mac: Go to the Apple menu and click ‘About This Mac’.
