Problems with build, wont create without errors

Im very new to 3DS Max and UE4. I have spent countless hours trying to get started. I cant seem to get a simple model to “build”, even on “Preview” lighting quality. I can almost guarantee that its my model. I used Autodesk Inventor to create my model. I opened it with 3ds max, then exported as an .fbx file. Im at my wits end here… someone please help!! I will forever be in your debt! I will attach the .fbx file if someone wants to give it a try. The build settings will get to 75% and just stop.

hmm well i got it to work just fine. You are talking about building the lighting? Did you use a light importance volume?

I did get a number of errors I know you said you are new to this but none of the errors will prevent you from building your lighting or seeing it in play mode

Ok, I appreciate your feedback! This is just one of the cabinets. My big model I have 12 or so different cabinets, some walls, a floor and ceiling. I used a light importance volume, when I hit build it has these errors, but also applies this weird looking material on everything… I don’t get it. The material gets some weird ghosting product in the back… Ever have this problem?
