Can version 4.9.1 build projects made in 4.9.0?

I just started using unreal. And the team I on have a project that they can build in 4.9.0.

I downloaded the new version of unreal and it is 4.9.1.

Can 4.9.0 projects build on 4.9.1 ? It is failing to build right now.

If not where can I download version 4.9.0 because the epic launcher doesn’t allow me to do so?

4.9.1 seems to have issues. Me and my partner can’t load a map in 4.9.1 and it won’t let us revert back to 4.9.0.
