Spawn Character Scale/Movement problem

If I spawn a new FirstPersonCharacter or ThirdPersonCharacter (from the Starter-Content) in a Blueprint with SpawnFromActor, the actor is very small and if I attach a PlayerController he is only moving slowly like on ice (he is also in a falling Animation).
I could reproduce this in the normal ThirdPlayerProject only with an F-Key-Event in the LevelBP, which spawns the character at the spawnpoint in the Level and nothing more.
