Poseable mesh wrong rotation bug [Repro project]

How to reproduce:

Bug occurs with multiple different skeletal meshes. No matter what bone is set via ‘Set Bone Rotation’ node, the changed bone will rotate 90 degrees on X axis - while it should remain the same after setting (0,0,0) rotation.

I was able to reproduce this and have entered a bug report, UE-21301, to be assessed by the development staff.

Unfortunately our resources are currently dedicated elsewhere, I do not have a timeframe of when this will be addressed.

4.11 is coming, will there be some changes regarding this issue?
Also, Skeletal Controls have the exact same bug when setting a bone rotation via ‘Transform (Modify) Bone’ node.
