Game is crashing

UT4 is crashing after about 15minutes of play. I get this error message"You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash."

If I re-join a server it will crash again after only a minute or two. A couple of crashes in a row and I blue screen…

Could this be a driver issue? I also suspect I might be pulling too much power via my GFX card. Is there any way to get more information about this crash? The log file doesn’t help at all…

Can you post a copy of your dxdiag here so I can take a look? Additionally, what steps can I take to reproduce this on my end? Are you using any specific weapons, does it seem to occur on specific maps or on specific servers?

I haven’t been able to reproduce the crash at will. It happens during extended play time. Usually about 15minutes into a map. It happens most frequently in CTF, but then again that is the majority of my play time. The crash does not seem to correspond to any particular movement or weapon. I did notice the last time it happened that game-play started getting really choppy right before I crashed.

This began happening after the most recent update. Attached are my dxdiag dump and a couple of the logs from my UT folder.

Troubleshooting:
I reverted back to an old gfx card to rule out gpu and power issues. I still crashed on my HD7850 vs my new r9 390. I even reverted back to old drivers and I still crash.

Let me know If I can provide any other information.

Try deleting your saved folder then playing again, do you see the same crash while playing?

I deleted my saved folder, as you suggested. This appears to have solved all crashing. I have been playing the past couple days without issue.

Any chance you have some knowledge regarding an in-game ping issue? My ping on Chicago servers has historically been 36. Since the last patch, my ping starts the match at 36mc and increases over time to 60ish by the end of the game. This does not appear to be from my end.

Unfortunately that is not something I have much knowledge of. The game is still under heavy development so this could be related. For additional help with ping and/or frame rate concerns, I would post to the unreal tournament forums / for further assistance with this.
