Can't Log on to Epic Servers

Hi Clever,

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).

I get an error that says, “Can’t log on to the Epic Servers at this time” and the troubleshooting button does nothing. I think something may be blocking certain types of outgoing traffic on my PC but I uninstalled Symantec Endpoint Protection as I was having no luck connecting to the online servers in the new Metal Gear game, too. I’m out of ideas… HELP!
