When I’m trying to save a color I’ve selected using the color wheel when updating a slider color, it doesn’t save.
It seemingly discards the value and doesn’t save it. But if you change to line spectrum then it does save the value.

It’s not discarding them, your Value (V) is set to 0. So the R/G/B values are all 0.
