Terrain too shiny

As you can see it’s night time and everything is dark, except the terrain, how can I fix this?

I believe this to be a material issue.

Inside of your material have a look at your specular, metallic, and roughness settings. A value of 0-1 for all or one of these is the recommended range when using their functions.

The above link takes you to our documentation on specularity. The more specular and object is the more overall sheen you will see in your material. Giving the material of a roughness of .5 will essentially cut the intensity of a specular value of 1.

For terrains Metallic is really not needed as they are used for metal or inorganic objects.
