Camera (with spring arm and collision test) clips through everything

Hello, is there any way to fix the problem on screenshot #1? The same is happening with the walls and the floor, if the mesh is flipped upside down. I guess i’ve tried everything already. Also, i’d like to camera to have some Y rotation angle and minor vertical offset from the ground. Is there any way of achieving it?

Set Collision on all parts to block.
Check if all parts are on same collision channel, ie.: Camera.

Thanks for your answer. However, I was unable to fix the problem with your advice. The screenshot shows how my collisions on every object’s static mesh are set. The problem is not that object flies through the walls, the problem is with the camera, when the object is too close to them, camera clips through.
