double clicking a camera actor in the world outliner will pan your viewport to the camera actor but it will also rotate the camera actor to face the viewport original direction
it shouldn’t do this, the camera actor should not be modified in any way just by selecting it
I was able to reproduce your issue with the camera rotating to the direction of the viewport when it is double-clicked in the world outliner. This did not occur in older versions of the engine, so I’ve gone ahead and entered a bug report for this issue, UE-21431.
