Hmd sp higher than 100 cause white area (pictures included)

I’m using the Oculus rift with the latest runtime drivers.

When we set hmd sp higher than 100 we don’t get a huge artifact as shown bellow

hmd sp 100: http://puu.sh/knCr6/14cdb72349.jpg

As you notice it seems like there is an area that is unaffected by this glitch.
If I rotate around everything becomes mixed like this:

When we disable our FPS camera setup and use a standard flying camera in the same level we don’t have this issue.

What’s causing this? How can we get rid of this problem?

Thank you

I found out that this only happens in editor and not on standalone builds.
I also found out someone else is having the same issue, here’s the link: https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/298462/part-of-back-buffer-not-clearing-on-rift.html
