How can I change the feature level to sm4?

Unreal Engine says that i can’t create a landscape because I don’t have a feature level of sm4. How can I change that?

Thats really wierd SM4 (also populary know us “DX10 GPU”… which i don’t like them being called that :p) is minimum for UE4 to work or else you doing something with mobile devlopment
