Error C2259 while compiling c++ source code: Cannot Instantiate abstract class

I’m getting these errors while trying to compile the source code, i installed the 2 dependency files, i followed the tutorial exactly, I don’t know what is wrong. Please help me,

Sorry you’re having problems. We should be able to help, though! Can you attach the full log from the build “Output” window (not the Task/Error window)?

–Mike

Hi Ozykz. It looks like what might have happened is that you pulled down GitHub code from a different branch (or release) than the downloaded dependencies are for, so there is a mismatch between the engine source code and third party headers. Can you make sure you are using dependencies that go with the branch you have pulled down? For example, if you are using the 4.0 branch (recommended for now), make sure the zip files you downloaded were from the 4.0 release page, not the “latest preview” release page.
