Unreal Engine won't download?

I’m trying to download UE4, I’m on a mac, and my father downloaded it on his mac login, but on my mac login Epic Games claims that I haven’t downloaded it, and when I click to download it, it doesn’t respond at all. I have Mac OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. Help please!

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate you Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).
