Swarm Agent Crashing while building the Lighting

Hello guys, I have been using Unreal Engine to learn development and so pretty much new to it. I started playing with a first person example template and created a room using the blocks and placed area lights inside the room. Now, when I try and build the lighting, The swarm agent opens and after it builds up to 33%, the Whole Engine crashes.
Here are my System Specs, They are below recommended specs, but I was able to run prototypes and example templates at low settings at >40fps which is enough for me to learn.
CPU: 1.9GHz Intel Core i3 4030U Processor
Memory: 4GB DDR3L RAM
Storage: 500GB 5400rpm Hard drive
Graphics: Intel HD 4400 796 MB
Thats it. I know it is a potato but it is good enough to run the engine at acceptable framerate. So, Is the issue due to low RAM or integrated graphics. Please Let me know the problem, Thanks to anyone who answers.

Hello saitejvejju,

The i3 definitely will give you performance issues but I do not believe that is related to the crash. If you could check that you Intel HD is up to date and see if that fixes the issue.

If not does this happen in a clean blank project when you try to build. If not this could be a project specific issue where optimizing your scene could help with the build.

Thank you,

Hello saitejvejju,

I haven’t heard from you yet. I was wondering if you had a chance to look at the above mentioned link?

Thank you,

The issue hasn’t been solved yet, why did you put resolved?
And here is exactly the issue. I even did what you have told me. Took a blank project. Please help me out people

Hello Saitejvejju,

The reason I marked this issue is resolved is because I posted this response 9 days ago. For tracking purposes we do not keep issues open for longer than 4 if we haven’t hard from the original reporter.

Your i3 process is restricted to 2 cores. Your ram is only 4gb.

This is my first thoughts as to why this is happening.

This is our recommended specs for running UE4.

These are recommended for running and developing with our software.

I do believe this is the issue.

I even mentioned the requirements in the question. So, that makes sense now I guess I will be locked out of development until I buy a new PC with recommended specs. Wish I had one but not so easy to purchase. Looks like I will have to wait. Thanks for replying anyways. I hope to get into development soon enough
