How can I add a substance plugin into UE4.9 source code

I copied the entire folders and files of substance plugin into 4.9.0\Engine\Plugins
but I still can not find the substance plugin in my explorer directory of ue4 engine in vs2013.
I want to know how can build substance plugin in the source code engine

Run again the generateProjectFiles.bat file in order to refresh the visual studio solution.
