Easy way to generate proper collision mesh?

Is there an easy way to add a complex collision mesh to an imported static mesh that has no collision?
I can generate an Auto Convex Collision, but this is not sufficient.
I would like the collsion mesh to have the same shape as the original.

Do it in your 3d modelling package software (for example 3D ).
