Packaged Game Crashes Video Driver

I have packaged my game and it is crashing on one of our testers machines with the following.

Specs of the machine are as follows:

OS: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-4710HQ @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 8192 MB
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Display: Intel HD Graphics 4600

So we updated the video driver via

That didn’t fix the problem, so I turned down the graphics settings in the game to low and repackaged.

However, we are still getting the crash.

It runs at a solid 62 fps on my old ATI Radeon HD 3870.

I know that integrated graphics aren’t recommended. But can it really not even load a single map and one character game? Essentially all we have is a fps template with a map, that’s it.

We ran ShooterGame (which is a lot more complicated than our game) successfully on this same machine before upgrading to windows 10.

Hello erebel55,

Could you attempt to package and run the ShooterGame project using your new Windows 10 setup? I’d like to see whether the issue is project-specific, or if it is something relating to your updated driver or OS. I look forward to hearing your results.

Have a great day,

Sean Flint
