How do you modify the ‘version code’ to be anything other then 1 to allow uploading new APK’s to google play?

I have tried editing the version number in the project settings but i still get the same error.

I was modifying the ‘Project Version’ under the ‘Project - Description’ tab, when I should have been modifying ‘Store Version’ under the ‘Platforms - Android’ tab.

I am changing both store version and project version but I am getting same error. Does anyone know any solution ?
