Editing the spritebook of the 2DPlatformer character

So I am using UE4 as an intro to the engines in one of my classes, and I figured it would be neat to swap the default character’s flipbook with another. I’m not exactly sure how I would go about that, as inserting a new flipbook into the source doesn’t seem to change anything. I dug around in the 2Dcharacterexample’s blueprint, and I couldn’t find anything there. So I’m pretty sure I am doing it wrong. How do I go about changing what animation is used on the default character?
