Two sided foliage materials not affected by decal

Any materials which are “Two sided foliage” seem to ignore decals. I don’t see any reason why they should not be able to receive decals? It’s also not described anywhere in documentation or tooltips, so I guess it’s a bug.

I have set up a couple of tests and looked through our documentation and this is what I came up with.

I tested a cube static mesh with a material that is flagged as two sided foliage. I put it next to a bit of painted foliage with the same material
