How to fix this reflection error?

I wonder why there’s always have flickering on the reflection area. Oh man! I just bought my new laptop and start learning ue4, but then this problem is actually bothering me a lot. And I tried to google how to fix this and I couldn’t find a solution.

My laptop specs: i7 4720HQ 2.6GHz , 8GB RAM, GTX960M, Windows 10

If there anyone can help me to fix this problem? Very much appreciate for your helping.

Increase SSR quality in your global post process volume and set AA to Temporal AA if it isnt already.
