Detailed description of the issue:
A pluging menu is hidden if a “Expand Configuration Menus” is used.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Create a new blank project or open existed one.
  2. Open "Edit->Editor Prefernces->Appearance
  3. Check “Expand Configuration Menus”
  4. Make sure that a “Edit->Plugins” menu was disappeared.

Frequency: 100%

Expected behavior: A plugin submenu showed if a “Expand Configuration Menus” is checked.

Hi -

I have entered this bug as UE-21791. In the meantime you can still get access to the PlugIns Menu Item under Settings even if Expand Configuration Menus is set to true.
