  1. i have 3210m two core cpu, is that affecting my fps? coz i have only 6.4 fps

Yes, it affects performance together with your GPU. You can see some system recommendations here;

I have I5 two core and 630M GPU

and still have 7 fp per second

is that normal? cpu are used in 50% only

It is normal, since mobile GPU’s are known to perform badly unfortunately.
