Reading that the issue was fixed but it is not, for me anyway. I have a subscription that says “active” on the website and still get the “subscribe” button and no content.
Waited a while and logged in again and then “subscribe” was gone but still no content, no update button, nada. Then, restarted the client and got “Error - No version information received. [retry][ok]”, tried retry and got the same error, tried “Ok” and it went into the client and “Syncing Account” and guess what came back, the Subscribe button. Suggestions?
Closed and Launched it AGAIN (without logging out) and finally it’s downloading. I guess maybe if you’re having the same problem try those steps… Will see how it goes.

Apologies! We pushed out a new build in preparation for the big 4.1 release next week and it was causing issues for existing users for a little bit. We’ve since rolled it back, so you should be good now. Thanks!

I am having the same issue.
Tried raising timeout (as suggested elsewhere). Several HTTP errors for .manifest files in my log file, but able to access them via web browser.
