Question about clamping angle via relative rotation

Hello,

I’ve being using a turret blueprint which I found on YouTube but I can’t seem to figure out how one goes about clamping the angle via relative rotation and not world location.

I’ve been trying for day to work it out on my own but I just don’t know enough about scripting to figure it out.

Would anyone be so kind as to help me achieve my goal? I’d really appreciate any help I can get at this point.
