I’m having an issue with my scene when it comes to rendering. From far away my textures become extremely muddy looking, however when I get closer all the details are there. I have looked around at other post and followed their instructions, I have enabled never stream, my engine scalability is set to epic, and I have changed the mip map settings from NoMipMaps to FromTextureGroup and don’t see a difference between the two. This is an all diffuse hand painted map.

You need disable Texture Streaming. Default is Enable. Open Project Setting → Engine → Rendering ->Textures and DISABLE Texture Streaming parameter. File → Resent project.
i have he bad version when i uncheck the texture streaming
I don’t see anything unnatural on your screenshots. It looks like ordinary MipMapping to me.
