I want to migrate some blueprints and materials from 4.9 to 4.8. materials seem to be OK after migration, but blueprints can not be opened in 4.8. Is this a feature or a bug?

Blueprints made in 4.9 are based on classes using 4.9, and won’t necessarily work in older versions. Direct migration backwards for any assets is not guaranteed to work for this reason.
