Trouble installing the launcher [WIN 7]

Hi,

I want to play Unreal Tournament 4 but I can’t install the launcher.
As soon it starts installing an error occures,
It says:

“The Installer has encounterd an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a Problem with this package. The error code is 2902.”

btw I dont know my product version where can I check if this is needed?

A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums didnt worked for me as well

The troubleshooting guide you linked has instructions on how to obtain an installer log. This should help it tracking down the issue.
